“I love this place! He apparently came from a 5 star restaurant in NYC. This was absolutely the best sushi I have ever tasted. Honestly didn't know sushi could taste warm, buttery, sweet, and oh so slightly salty at the same time. The wasabi was real too. It's from the actual wasabi plant!”

“$3 Tacos on Tuesday! Beautiful presentation and quick to serve. I tried the Vegan (mushroom), chipotle chicken and shrimp. My only complaint would be that the vegan mushroom filling needed a touch of salt. Nothing that would deter me from ordering again as it is a quick fix. Ingredients are extremely fresh. Lovely customer service as well.”

“in het miami design district heb je een kleine foodcourt met 8 restaurants. jaffa is een israëlisch restaurant waarvan de eigenaar ook een kookboek geschreven heeft. hij heet yaniv cohen - the spicedetective - en kan heerlijk koken. de humus is verrukkelijk, de pita’s super. wij hadden ook een platter van kip shoarma met tablouleh en kikkererwten. echt een aanrader.”

“A DELICIOUS and affordable omakase at $59. Randomly in a food court, but who cares when that grilled otoro could bring me to tears? Plus the servers were so friendly and attentive that you couldn't get better service in a five-star restaurant. Everything was tasty, but favorites were the fatty tuna, the scallop, the truffle yellowtail, and the smoky salmon. Go here yesterday and send me some in the mail.”

“very very impressed- i've had omakase before, and this by far was the one to exceed my expectations despite the more humble looking setting and more affordable omakase. every piece of fish was incredibly fresh and fragrant - and guess what, was fairly affordable. if you are looking to eat a great tasting omakase for not too much and without the showmanship that typically is associated w/omakase, then this is certainly the place to go to.”

“If you find yourself at Sushi Yasu Tanaka inside Mia Market, do yourself a favor and try the ube dessert. It might be my new favorite. Layers of sweet purple yam (ube) sit over a scoop of vanilla ice cream, finished with a touch of edible gold leaf--simple but unforgettable. Altogether with tax, it came to just under $13, which felt worth every penny. I can't speak to the rest of the menu, but the service was quick and friendly. The seating area is clean and spay.”

“I stumbled upon MIA market trying to find a drink with bae. I noticed the restaurants in the market, I began looking them up just to check out reviews and to see if they were any good. I looked up Yasu Tanaka and was floored by the amount of 5 star reviews. I told bae, "we have to go there to try at least one thing," earlier we came from Tap 42. :/ ehhh...don't recommend. But we were full. Anyway, I talked to the guy at the front and told him congrats on the amazing reviews and how good the food must be. He thanked us, and persuaded us to at least try a hand roll. We did!! We waited. And they ended up bringing us an extra one! How nice! The Hamachi Hand rolls were amazing!! Super fresh, simple, and perfect. Fresh ginger and a perfect finish to our day! Thank you Yasu! I can't wait to come back to try the Omakase. Another 5 star review for your thoughtfulness and quality food!”

“I'm originally from Israel , living in the states for a while now, finally found a place by a great spice chef, getting the flavors and taste of home cooking, from cauliflower to hummus, tehini, amba and many things i miss, i'm not religious but the meat is "kosher glat" as far as i saw on the menu. we enjoyed ourselves very much. and the dessert was just amazing. more then anything we expected. as i said, in the food market full of many types of options, that is a hidden pearl a must visit.”

“This Kosher restaurant located at the MIA Market Food Hall in the Miami Design District offers many healthy options. The modern Israeli cuisine features a diverse lineup of chef driven concepts. We had the Sabich Plate $27 on a three tiered server, the Tumeric Cauliflower $17, and the Moroccan Mint Teapot with two Baklavas $12. Everything was delicious. We ordered at the counter then they brought the food to our table. Service was great.”

“Sardomare at MIA Market is like a full blown authentic Italian restaurant in MIA market food hall at the Miami Designe District. We met the owner and Chef Daniel Senis. Treated us like family. The other important part was the food. Everything is fresh and homemade from Sardinia. The bolognese, the salad and the antipasto were actually perfection. Coming back and encouraging home to open more places in South Florida”

“Wow, we went for the Israeli Salad and Chicken Shawarma. This is a healthy food choice place. They also welcome Vegans too. The Chicken Shawarma and Israeli Salad is FIRE. I love the taste, but me and my girl eat this salad all the time. Her mom makes good Israeli Salad to since this is here heritage cooking. Anyhow, nice owners and employees. We really felt welcomed here. I will be back again.”

“My mother ordered the ceviche and unfortunately didn't feel quite sure about the freshness of it... The young ladies behind the counter very kindly took care of the situation and gave us some of the best guacamole we've ever had to make up for it!
