Chef Daniele Senis brings the flavors and traditions of his home island Sardinia, Italy to life through his cooking. Well-regarded in the culinary world, Chef Daniele was recognized as the best emerging chef in Sardinia and one of the top emerging chefs in Italy in 2021. He has 15 years of experience in restaurants across Europe and Asia, including Michelin-starred establishments in Milan and Cagliari, as well as luxury hotels on the Costa Smeralda.

Chef Senis draws inspiration from the connection between natural ingredients from fertile lands and fresh flavors of the ocean. His concept, Sardomare Pasta Bar, involves recreating traditional recipes and techniques with a modern approach. Sardomare was born out of the Relational Kitchen Project, which aims to bring people together, encourage them to live in the present moment, and find joy through cooking and eating.
