Craft Tacos and Fresh Ceviche

Hot Lime, a craft taco and ceviche concept, is the creation of Daniel Gonzalez and Carlos Padilla. The duo have been friends since high school and boast decades of restaurant experience at Miami’s top dining establishments. After testing their concept at Yellow Green Farmers Market in 2015, the duo joined MIA Market with a menu that reflects the city’s diverse cultural scene, from Peruvian ceviche to Miami-influenced tacos to fresh, made-to-order guacamole prepared counter-side.

Menu featuring ceviches, specialty drinks, classic drinks, other bites, and sides. Ceviches include rice bowl, sampler, classic, camarón, and mixto. Drinks range from agua de jamaica and chicha morada to sodas and water. Other bites include guac & chips, shrimp guac, and elote. Sides include rice, beans, chips, tortillas, and guacamole.
